Flowers For The Season: Pumpkin Balls
It is so much fun to decorate the house with seasonal flowers.
And with it being October, chrysanthemums are in full bloom…so let’s decorate! Here is a simple idea for the season – flower pumpkin balls.
These little fresh flower pumpkin balls make great centerpieces.
Or they work well outside as a display
Had so much making them, that I invited a few friends over and we had a little flower party. Each guest made their very own pumpkin ball to take home.
To make them, you will need approximately two bunches orange chrysanthemum flowers and one 4″ oasis wet oasis floral foam sphere.
Cut all the single flowers off the stems, leaving approximately 1″ stem on each floret. Start at the center of the sphere and insert each floret into the floral foam. Place the flowers close together to get an even textured look. Then just insert a branch or twig in the top. And enjoy!
